Behind the Bottle
Ask any Belizean about Christmas and chances are, rumpopo will come up before long.
A Belizean Christmas
For generations, rumpopo has been part of what makes the season special. It’s the bottle brought out when family comes to visit, the gift shared between friends and colleagues, the drink poured at workplace celebrations, and the familiar holiday treat that many of us look forward to all year long.

A family recipe
Our story began much the same way, with a family recipe, a love for good rumpopo, and a desire to make every bottle something worth sharing. Though our roots are firmly planted in tradition, we’ve always enjoyed putting our own twist on it. What started with a classic favourite has grown into a collection that includes flavours many customers now look forward to just as much as the original.
Shared with Belizean families for more than fifteen years.
What started with a classic favourite has grown.
Classic Vanilla may have started it all, but it didn’t stop there. Customer favourites, seasonal creations and new releases followed.
Find Your FlavourPreserving & reinventing
While the flavours may change, our philosophy remains simple: to make rumpopo that is rich, smooth, flavourful and genuinely enjoyable. Because some traditions are worth preserving, and some are worth reinventing. At Cojac’s, we’re proud to do both.
